Partnership
In order to reduce risk for our investors and increase the control we have in our projects, we are partners in Stonecliffe Builders. This allows us to act as both the builder and the client on all of our projects. This increases our control and oversight of each project and also keeps a larger portion of our funds within our partnership group. This provides additional contingency, reduces risk, increases our liquidity and helps to provide additional options for exit strategies at the end of each project.
Project Management
Stonecliffe Builders is a registered builder based in Penticton, BC. Stonecliffe Builders holds a home warranty license and manages the construction all of our projects. Rather then hiring a third party builder, this gives us full control over our projects in terms of both finances and also timeline.

Terry Vermeer is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), which is a network of Real Estate investors focused on investing into the Canadian Real Estate market. REIN has teaching investing for over 28 years and is focused on education and sharing knowledge. To date, its members have created over $5.3B in Real Estate wealth.
