Project Criteria

We are fully focused on small Multi Family (MF) developments.  Our projects range from 4 to 8 units in desirable areas.  This for example includes duplexes and townhomes.

Quality is the top priority in our projects.  We focus on high quality while keeping practicality and budget in mind.  We take great pride in the projects we bring to market.

We are purposeful in the design of our projects.  Our designs are practical, functional and appeal to a wide audience.  We use modern yet durable finishes to attract buyers and/or tenants.

We only proceed with projects that will have an attractive price tag when completed.  Whether we are selling or renting, we ensure that there is a large market for potential clients.

We build strong relationships with the cities we operate in.  We ensure that our projects are fully aligned with city goals.  We want to ensure we have a positive impact in the community.

Each project we take on has a minimum of three exit strategies.  Most commonly this is either sell units to end users, sell the project to an investor, or hold long term as rentals.
